What you'll be doing

  • Develop, implement and monitor safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Provide safety training and guidance to project teams to promote a culture of safety awareness
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to safety performance
  • Collaborate with project managers, supervisors and other stakeholders to continuously improve safety practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations and best practices within the construction industry

What we're looking for

  • Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address safety risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage with employees at all levels
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficient in using safety management software and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or a related field

Willing to be located at: E. Rodriguez, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
