Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Support Associate to engage with prospective students and clients, promote our programs, and support student recruitment initiatives through effective communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate approved marketing spiels clearly and professionally to prospective clients
  • Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and other interested individuals
  • Gather accurate market information, including customer profiles, preferences, and competitor insights
  • Monitor, track, and document student recruitment activities
  • Prepare and submit lead reports and inquiry or feedback summaries
  • Provide periodic status updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager
  • Support sales-related activities as assigned
  • Perform other related tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Filipino, both oral and written
  • Confident presentation and coordination skills
Qualifications
