DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handles all internal and external customer inquiries and concerns across various communication channels, including in-person, telephone, email, website, and social media platforms.
  • Delivers excellent customer service by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Manages customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinates with the appropriate departments to ensure accurate and complete responses to customer inquiries.
  • Escalates unresolved issues to the immediate supervisor as necessary.
  • Provides up-to-date information to customers regarding hospital services, packages, rates, and doctors' schedules.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact during emergency situations.
  • Reviews and monitors customer feedback forms.
  • Efficiently operates communication systems, including the telephone, switchboard, and public address (PA) system.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
