We are looking for a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and guests. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and able to provide excellent customer service while managing front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, guests, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with staff and departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college level is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
