The TA Intern is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition Team in day-to-day activities, including screening job applicants' resumes and application forms, updating employee records, organizing, and maintaining digital and physical 201 files, and other onboarding activities.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

  • Assist in pre-screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Efficiently manage, update, ensure completeness, data integrity & confidentiality of the company's Employee Data Management System.
  • Will be able to schedule interviews and help with other administrative tasks for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ensure completeness & efficiently filing of employment documents submitted & signed including along others Job Offer & Annexes, Contract, NDA.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or any business-related field.
  • Highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively.
