Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Promodiser to promote and sell products in retail stores. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure proper product display, and help achieve sales targets by engaging customers and maintaining product knowledge.


Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell products to customers in assigned retail locations.
  • Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations.
  • Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and proper merchandising standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or issues.
  • Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for restocking and deliveries.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college level or graduate preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales, promotion, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, approachable, and confident in engaging customers.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising.
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required.
