About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Promodiser to join our dynamic team at RRJ' in Makati City. As a Promodiser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our retail store. What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Providing knowledgeable product recommendations and advice to customers

Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

Processing sales transactions, handling cash, and ensuring accurate inventory management

Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance

Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle various customer inquiries and situations
