Job Overview

We are looking for a Promodiser to represent and promote a beauty and skincare brand in retail stores. The role involves assisting customers, demonstrating product features, maintaining display areas, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell beauty and skincare products to walk-in customers.
  • Demonstrate proper product use and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the display and selling area.
  • Replenish stocks, monitor inventory, and coordinate with store staff for product requests.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions and ensure accurate sales reporting.
  • Build good relationships with customers through professional and friendly service.

Qualifications

  • At least senior high school graduate or college level.
  • With at least 6 months of sales or retail experience (preferably in beauty or cosmetics).
  • Knowledgeable in basic makeup or skincare application is an advantage.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasing personality and well-groomed appearance.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Assignable within Quezon City area.
