· Maintain a high and consistent level of premium-brand, customer service

· Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers

· Refer customers who have additional questions

· Educate customers about payment methods and answer other questions they may have

· Cashier will receive and process all cash and credit card payments from customers

· Maintain daily records of all payment transactions

· Handle and account for daily cash in and out

· Answer service department telephone, be courteous and helpful to all customers and obtain immediate assistance for situations needing service management

· Assist with any other administrative duties as needed (reporting, record keeping)

· Greets service customers and determines the nature of their visit

Qualifications:

· Preferably College Level

· Computer Literate and familiar with MS Office Applications

· Cashiering experience especially the ability to use a computer terminal to complete credit card transactions, run reports

· Pleasing personality

· Willing to be assigned in Caloocan City
