Position Title: Junior Sales Associate

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Business Development Lead / COO

Location: Field-based and HQ (flexible) Quezon city

Cultivate Manufacturing Corporation is a startup based in Pajo, Meycauayan, Bulacan, focused on reducing plastic waste through innovation. We produce eco-friendly, edible straws made from 100% natural ingredients—specially crafted for cold beverages. Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new client leads across food & beverage, hospitality, and retail sectors

Present and pitch the EkoStro product line to potential B2B clients (cafés, restaurants, milk tea shops, hotels, etc.)

Achieve monthly sales targets through direct visits, online outreach, and networking

Prepare sales reports and contribute to continuous market feedback and strategy refinement

Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and client after-sales support

Attend trade shows, expos, and sustainability events as a company representative

Qualifications

Criteria Requirement

Education: College graduate (fresh graduates welcome to apply)

Experience: 1–2 years in a Sales, Business Development, or related customer-facing role

Communication Skills Strong verbal and written skills (English & Filipino)

Preferred Traits Proactive, confident, team player, enthusiastic about sustainability

Mobility Must be willing to travel to client sites and events (within Metro Manila)
