Job Description

To support the Human Resources team in delivering effective Learning and Development initiatives. The role involves providing functional assistance to the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist/Principal Recruiter in assigned sub-functions, including Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the provision of functional support in assigned sub-functions.
  • Facilitate ICON/New hire orientation classes.
  • Support L&D enrolment offerings and reports.
  • Maintain and update L&D reports, trackers, training room reservations and material inventories.
  • Coordinate with external parties for proposals, invoices, visitor passes and related tasks.
  • Provide logistics/administrative assistance in department or organization-wide programs/events.
  • Discuss personal development plans with line managers and provide progress updates periodically for each performance review cycle.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: College graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate or preferably with relevant work experience.
  • Analytical skills and customer focus.
  • Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences.
  • Flexible with working schedules.
  • Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
