Manufacturing Supervisor – Fresh N'Famous Foods Inc. (Chowking), a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, is hiring to plan, organize, lead, and control production operations in the assigned production area to meet product volume, quality, timeliness, and compliance with good manufacturing practices, sanitation, and hygiene.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule production operations based on volume forecasts and actual requirements.
  • Direct and control activities in the area to ensure the smooth flow of production operations.
  • Ensure the assigned area contributes to the consistent attainment of quality and safety standards for finished products and in the workplace.
  • Initiate process improvements, equipment upgrades, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Verify accurate and timely production reports and other reports as required by management.
  • Collaborate with other operating units on behalf of the section.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Technology, or Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics Engineering).
  • At least three (3) years of people management and one (1) year of manufacturing operations experience in a food or FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Solid foundation in Lean Manufacturing principles, including continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization.
  • Must have basic knowledge or experience in food processing technology.
  • Must have experience in handling production seminars, training, and similar orientation programs.
  • Must be willing to work in Sucat, Muntinlupa.
