About the role

SAN MIGUEL INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SERVICES, INC.' is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Finance Analyst - Billing & Collection, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations, specifically focused on billing and collection activities. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the company's accounts receivable, including monitoring and following up on outstanding payments
  • Analyse collection data and provide reports to management on the status of receivables
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and collection issues
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports
  • Contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Provide support to the broader finance and accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, regulations and best practices
