
Auditor/ Executive Assistant

The Auditor/ Executive Assistant provides dual support by ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational transactions while assisting the management team in daily administrative and executive tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Auditing Functions:
· Audit daily sales, Client payments, refunds and supplier transactions.
· Verify accuracy of visa feefs, travel taxes and incentives.
· Monitor compliance with internal controls and company policies
· Conduct spot checks on branch/agent collections and receipts.
· Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
Executive Assistant Functions:
· Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
· Organize and maintain files, reports and records.
· Manage schedules, meetings and communications for executives.
· Draft correspondence, reports and presentations as needed.
· Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and external partners
· Handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
