We're looking for a confident and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team.

This role focuses on onboarding new clients and leading Zoom meetings on our platform. It requires high-level English proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of marketplace dynamics. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and experienced in managing relationships within industrial sectors. A background in fast-paced environments is essential.


What you'll do:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring compliance with platform requirements.
  • Lead Zoom meetings, guiding clients through the platform.
  • Monitor account performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Resolve client issues promptly in coordination with internal teams.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to grow account value.
  • Gather client feedback and recommend platform improvements.
  • Prepare performance reports and share updates with senior management.
  • Ensure client compliance with marketplace policies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on growth initiatives.

What we're looking for:
  • Excellent English communication and listening skills
  • Experience in relationship management, ideally in a similar role
  • Ability to manage client onboarding and handle customer meetings effectively
  • Proven experience in customer service and account management
  • Clear and professional accent suited to Australian industrial clients
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance and identify improvements
  • Proficient with CRM systems and client management tools
  • Quick learner who adapts well to changing tools and client needs
  • Understanding of online marketplace operations
  • Experience in the industrial sector is a plus
