IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 5 years of bookkeeping or invoicing experience, preferably with Australian businesses.
  • 3 to 5 years' offshore experience (BPO, shared services, or international clients) is required.
  • Proven experience processing high volumes of invoices on a daily or weekly basis.
  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite or ConnectWise is an advantage.

Invoice Creation & Data Management

  • Prepare, review, and generate invoices according to client requirements and company standards.
  • Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and issued on time.
  • Input, update, and validate data within billing systems.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and billing records.
  • Update invoice notes, statuses, and related documentation as needed.

Stakeholder & Customer Communication

  • Handle customer and internal inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies.
  • Provide clear explanations of billing details and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues efficiently.

Administration & Compliance

  • Manage billing workflow to ensure smooth and timely processing.
  • Support Sales and Operations with accurate billing information.
  • Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
