Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process invoices according to company procedures and client contracts.
  • Ensure that all invoices are accurate and issued on time.
  • Validate and verify billing data, ensuring all charges are correct and reflect services provided.
  • Review and reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues with clients or internal teams.
  • Monitor and track invoice payments, following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Reconcile billing reports with general ledger and accounting records.
  • Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed billing reports and present findings to management.
  • Assist in the development of billing forecasts and budgets.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain charges, resolve disputes, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular updates to clients on billing status and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in math, typing, and computer skills
  • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • High accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to foster relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month

  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
