Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Review and reconcile accounts payable transactions
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures
  • Participate in the preparation of financial reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 6 months experience in accounts payable or general accounting
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working night shift
