Procurement Buyer

**Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

Responsibilities

A. Procure to Pay (P2P) Operational Support**

• Provide Procurement support for the Supplier enablement (engagement) of 3rd party suppliers to provide goods and/or services to FBAU via the SAP Ariba platform.
• Provide procurement support for the review of FBAU stakeholder requests for Ariba Purchase Requisitions.
• Provide procurement support to Suppliers for usage of SAP Ariba for PO processing and Invoicing uploads.
• Create and manage the workflow for virtual credit card transactions, and reconciliation of the transactions.
• Create and manage the business travel statement reconciliations.
• Create and manage reporting whether via Ariba, Domo or other data stores.
• Create and manage the Financial approver lists in line with the company delegation of authority and P2P hierarchy.

B. Procurement Category Sourcing, Development & Management

• Working with the broader category team, be part of the allocation of sourcing activities from development to fulfilment for a wide range of spend for goods and services categories.
• Execution of the sourcing strategy through disciplined Ariba tendering processes and subsequent contractual workflows (Ariba) in line with the corporate policy & process and defined delegation limits.
• On-going supplier relationship management & contract performance management for in scope agreements.

Business Performance & Results

• As a member of the corporate procurement team, support the overall execution of the procurement transformation and policy/process deployment across the decentralised FXA procurement community.
• Deliver savings to the business in line with defined corporate objectives and category strategy targets.
• Establish a supply base that drives commercial and operational risk out of our Facilities and HR operations, while supporting our corporate objectives around sustainability, and the FXA Values.

Focus on the Customer

• Ensure that 3rd party engagements and subsequent supply agreements support the strategic intent around focussing on our customer and making FBAU easy to do business with.
• Similarly, for supporting the internal FBAU stakeholder, establish engagement models and supplier relationships that make it easy & effective for our teams to work with our suppliers.

Position Knowledge and Capabilities

• Knowledge of best practice Procurement frameworks and the demonstrated ability to execute the end-to-end Procurement process in line with industry best practice.
• Knowledge of Category Management frameworks, ideally as a practitioner in the field.
• Well-developed commercial and contract negotiation skills across a range of industries or supplier engagements.
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise requirements in a very dynamic and agile environment.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.

Technical Skillsets

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba, P2P and S2C modules is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Oracle R12 – P2P is also considered advantageous.

Professional Experience

• Experience in Procurement operations, with sound knowledge of Procure to Pay workflows; SAP Ariba experience is advantageous.
• Minimum 12 months of category management experience in a similar role with demonstrated results.
• Experience working in medium or large/international organization supporting a diverse range of business requirements.
