Job Summary:

Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support local and regional management. The role involves hands-on work in forecasting, cost reviews, and process improvements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support decision-making, audits, and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual management reports;
  • Monitor and analyze actual vs. budget performance, provide insightful commentary and actionable recommendations to management;
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive cost savings, including vendor analysis to optimize contractual arrangements;
  • Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and reports to support senior management decision-making;
  • Collaborate with accounting, tax, and operations teams to analyze financial and operational results and understand key performance drivers.;
  • Conduct financial and operational analyses to support business performance improvements and project development initiatives;
  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for the country;
  • Assist in drafting audited financial statements in coordination with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Support the preparation of Board materials related to project budgets and funding requirements;
  • Lead and advocate for the implementation of new financial systems or software tools; and
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pre-requisites:

  • Must be a
    Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least
    8 years of progressive experience
    in finance, accounting, or financial planning.
  • Proven expertise in
    financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting
    , and variance analysis
  • Strong
    leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
    skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive
    process improvements
    and support strategic decision-making
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel
    , financial modeling, and ERP/accounting systems
  • Solid understanding of
    accounting standards
    , tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
  • Able to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams and functions
