Fagokho Corporation is the mother company of several multinational brands, including Ramen Nagi, Nagi Izakaya, Hakata Ton-ichi, Tendon Akimitsu, Fatfook, and other Japanese and Asian concepts.

The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting efforts to support the strategic direction of Ramen Nagi Group. This role will partner with senior leadership to provide data‑driven insights for decision making, optimize financial performance, and drive financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budget process and quarterly forecasts; monitor variances and provide corrective recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including actual vs. budget analysis.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support new projects, store expansion, cost management, and pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to provide financial insights.
  • Monitor key financial metrics (e.g. revenue, margin, operating costs, cash flow) and propose actions to achieve targets.
  • Oversee cash flow planning and ensure optimal utilization of working capital.
  • Improve financial processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and financial policies.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification preferred (e.g. CPA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5‑7 years of relevant experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in the Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability; experience managing or mentoring small teams is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and decision‑making skills; able to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change.
