
Legal Management Assistant

Job Description:
- Provide administrative and logistics support to the legal management team, including but not limited to encoding, photocopying, and scanning of documents, release and receipt of documents, inventory; and requests for office supplies
- Prepare traceback of titles for review by immediate superior
- Subject to the instruction of immediate superior/LMU Head responsible for regular bank transaction (deposits or withdrawals) of cash from due diligence fund
- Responsible for the proper recording of the release of the due diligence fund as well as the safekeeping of all receipts for liquidation/reimbursement
- Liaison work such as securing certified true copy of TCTs, payment of CGT, DST, and Transfer Tax, and coordination with units concerned
- There are other analogous tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- Must have at least 1-2 years of working experience in documentation related to residential development projects (middle income, economic housing or socialized housing projects)
- Excellent knowledge of Registry of Deeds and BIR
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen eye to details and organized
- Proficient in MS Offices (Word, Excel)
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig
