Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing or HR operations
- Proficient in payroll systems (e.g., Port 80 or similar HRIS) and Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliation)
- Solid knowledge of payroll computation and statutory contributions
- Experience in end-to-end payroll: new hire setup, regular runs, separation pay
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Maintains high confidentiality, integrity, and accountability in handling employee and financial records
- Able to manage multiple payroll cases while ensuring accuracy and compliance
