Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage books of accounts for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management in decision-making
  • Perform extensive audit and expense analysis—review, monitor, and evaluate expenses to ensure alignment with budget and company goals
  • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring efficient fund allocation and monitoring of financial activities
  • Ensure compliance with all BIR and government regulatory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) including preparation and filing of returns and remittances
  • Handle payroll computation and processing, ensuring accuracy and timely release
  • Record, reconcile, and monitor journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Coordinate and assist in external audits, including development and implementation of audit processes and continuous financial monitoring
  • Work closely with the CFO to reduce outstanding balances (aging accounts), optimize reporting systems, and strengthen compliance with regulatory bodies
  • Develop and implement internal control procedures to improve accounting accuracy, cost monitoring, and operational efficiency
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities, identifying areas for process optimization and supporting financial development initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field
  • With at least 5years of accounting experience
  • Knowledgeable in financial reporting, forecasting, payroll, and government compliance
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel-based systems)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
