We are looking for an Accounting & Reporting Manager to join our company.

What you will be doing

  • Accounting Controllership: Oversee and manage all accounting functions, as well as establishing and maintaining internal controls, and ensuring the integrity of financial data.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis Support: Lead aspects of the FP&A process, including assisting with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and developing financial models to support strategic business decisions.
  • System Optimization: Manage and optimize the use of automated CRM and ERP systems. Experience with Netsuite is a significant plus, but strong proficiency with major accounting systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is essential.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and streamlined operations in a high-volume transaction environment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and support operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a finance or accounting management role, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sectors.
  • Extensive experience with automated CRM and ERP systems; experience with Netsuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and thrive in environments with high transaction volumes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information.
