Position Overview:

As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through strategic prospecting and client acquisition.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9:00 PM- 6:00 AM, Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries
  • Utilize various channels, such as phone calls, to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Scheduling appointments with potential clients
  • Making outbound calls to generate sales
  • Collaborate with the Global Sales Team to create strategies
  • Email Prospecting

Client Acquisition

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively
  • Follow up with prospects
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and be able to schedule a demo with DrC Service Consultants
  • Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure prospects are well informed about the services' features and benefits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve collective goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • At least college level.
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience, appointment setting, and sales.
  • With outbound SALES experience is a MUST.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate with less supervision.
  • Effective customer service.
  • Prospecting and lead generation.

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  • Monthly salary of 25,000php - 30,000php
  • New hire bonus of 5,000php
  • Monthly Risk allowance of 2,000php
  • Uncapped commissions
