1 Reviews quality assurance and measuring equipments calibration procedures, work instructions,  product specifications, and production schedules to determine method of conducting  inspections and tests, sequence of operations, and work assignments

2 Directs workers in quality assurance parts inspections, product inspections  and testing to assure that quality and regulatory standards are met.

3 Trains and/or assigns training to qualified personnel of QA personnel engaged in parts and  products inspections and tests and measuring equipment calibration and measurement system analysis.

4 Reviews reports and confers with quality assurance, production, management, and  engineering personnel to slove quality related problems.

5 Conducts production process and product audits for quality improvement

6 Ensures availability of documents, tools, jigs and equipments related to inspections and tests of newly developed products and calibration of new equipments

7 Oversees and ensures nonconforming products are controlled and appropriate corrective actions are established

8 Facilitates meetings with representatives from other sections to discuss quality related issues

9 Assumes the responsibility of the QA Department Manager in his absence

10 Other task that maybe assigned from time to time
