Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor for LPG operations is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the sales team to meet volume and revenue goals, maintain client relationships, and support market expansion within the assigned region. This role demands knowledge of the LPG industry, regulatory compliance, and local market conditions. The Sales Supervisor will assist in implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the sales team assigned in Abucay and surrounding areas to ensure achievement of sales targets.

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies tailored to LPG products and the local market.

  • Identify and support new business opportunities, including potential resellers and industrial/commercial clients.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular communication and site visits.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.

  • Ensure that all sales activities adhere to DOE and LPG safety regulations, as well as company policies.

  • Coordinate with logistics and plant operations to ensure efficient delivery and service fulfillment.

  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely, professional manner.

  • Support marketing efforts by participating in local events and recommending promotions suitable for the region.
