Minimum of 2 years' legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. Experience in US law/US Transactional WorkFamiliarity with litigation processes. Proficient in case management.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work well both independently and in a team with minimal supervision.

Experience with Microsoft BI, Legal Tracker, or other case management platforms. Comfortable with legal technology, databases, and electronically stored information. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work autonomously, multi-task, and prioritize.

Willing to work Pacific time and start ASAP.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with US stakeholders on matters related to Transactional WorksAssist in handling legal concerns from US stakeholders

Conduct regular assessments to identify potential privacy issues. Provide guidance on best practices for data protection. Address data breaches and implement corrective actions.

Ensure data management practices align with legal requirements. Advise on intellectual property rights and protections. Draft and review

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and vendor contracts. Prepare and review commercial contracts to ensure compliance and protect organizational interests. Collaborate with US stakeholders to negotiate contract terms.
