Job Title: Deployment Lawyer

Job Summary:

The Deployment Lawyer ensures the smooth, lawful, and ethical processing of candidates and employees being deployed locally or overseas. They handle legal compliance, contract review, deployment documentation, and coordination with regulatory agencies to guarantee that all employment processes meet legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and finalize employment contracts and deployment agreements.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and international employment standards.

• Provide legal support in processing work permits, visas, and other deployment-related documents.

• Coordinate with regulatory agencies (e.g., POEA, DOLE, embassies, consulates) for deployment requirements.

• Advise management and employees on legal rights, obligations, and compliance matters.

• Handle legal issues related to deployment disputes, contract interpretation, or employee concerns.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal and deployment transactions.

• Monitor changes in labor and deployment laws to update company policies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (Juris Doctor/LLB); must be a licensed lawyer in good standing.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in labor law, employment law, or related legal practice.

• Experience in handling deployment, recruitment, or overseas employment is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of labor codes, POEA rules, and international employment regulations.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under strict timelines.
