- Experience in scheduling is a must, must have at least 3 years experience.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure accuracy of forecasts.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to clean, analyze, and format data, as well as create customized reports.
- Possesses a solid working knowledge of the MS Power Platform and excels in creating dashboards using data storytelling techniques.
- Understands WFM lifecycle - woth cofus on schedules and real-time management.
