Responsibilities
  • Manage real-time queues in both contact center, back office, chat, or blended client areas.
  • Experience in scheduling is a must, must have at least 3 years experience.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure accuracy of forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to clean, analyze, and format data, as well as create customized reports. 
  • Possesses a solid working knowledge of the MS Power Platform and excels in creating dashboards using data storytelling techniques.
  • Understands WFM lifecycle - woth cofus on schedules and real-time management.
