Short Description

The Senior Executive – Marketing supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence across professional, retail, and key account channels.

The role combines medical marketing expertise with trade marketing activities to ensure cohesive brand strategies across Healthcare Physicians (HCP), pharmacies, modern trade, and distributor networks.

Job Description:

  • Lead the execution of medical and trade marketing plans, including product launches, HCP engagement programs, retail activations, and in-store visibility initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain scientifically accurate marketing materials, training content, and medical education tools in alignment with regulatory and brand guidelines.
  • Strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, medical associations, key pharmacy chains, and distributors to enhance brand presence and drive category growth. 
  • Plan and manage participation in medical congresses, pharmacy summits, trade shows, and key account promotional activities, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide product and disease-area training to internal teams, distributors, pharmacy frontliners, and key accounts to support capability development and improve market execution.
  • Support trade and key account initiatives, including joint business planning inputs, promo calendar execution, POS deployment, and performance tracking to drive sell-in and sell-out.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and channel analyses and manage assigned A&P budgets to optimize marketing effectiveness and support data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management, Mass Communication, or any medical related field.
  • Prior experience in Sales or Marketing of minimum 3 years; experience in Consumer Healthcare industry is advantages.
  • Strong in communication; preferably good in English both written and oral self-starter, well-organized, creative thinking and good negotiating skills .
  • Able to prioritize tasks according to job demands and deadlines, resulting in high-quality results
  • Skilled in fostering positive relationships and effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholder
  • Capable of maintaining accurate records and managing stock efficiently, while providing support for documentation filing
  • Experienced in engaging with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure successful collaborations
  • Shows commitment to following regulatory standards and guidelines
