Job Summary:

The Field Marketing Associate is responsible for executing marketing activities and promotional events in the field to increase brand visibility, engage target customers, and drive sales. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute field marketing events, trade shows, and brand activations.
  • Represent the company/brand in events, ensuring proper setup, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Distribute promotional materials and samples to attract and educate customers.
  • Support sales teams in generating leads and driving product awareness.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support future marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on event performance, including attendance, customer engagement, and ROI.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in field marketing, events, promotions, or sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Willing to work on weekends/holidays for events when required.
  • Can drive and has a valid driver's license (if role requires mobility).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
