Junior Sales Account Manager

The Junior Sales Account Manager is an entry-level role for individuals who are eager to build a career in sales and client relationship management. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy working with people, learning about business needs, and supporting sales activities. You will work closely with senior team members and receive structured training and mentorship to help you grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Assist senior account managers with daily client concerns and updates
  • Follow up regularly to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Help resolve basic client concerns in a timely and professional manner

Sales & Performance Targets

  • Support the team in achieving sales and revenue goals
  • Submit weekly activity reports and updates
  • Help track opportunities and follow up on potential deals

Sales Planning & Support

  • Assist in creating sales plans and account strategies
  • Help identify opportunities to offer additional products or services
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials

Account Coordination

  • Help organize meetings and coordinate schedules
  • Attend client meetings and document key discussion points
  • Track action items and follow-ups

Data & Reporting

  • Collect and organize client feedback and performance data
  • Prepare simple reports to support sales planning
  • Assist in identifying trends and improvement opportunities

Training & Professional Growth

  • Participate in company trainings and development programs
  • Continuously improve communication and client management skills
  • Learn about company products and services

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Interest in sales and client engagement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to learn and grow professionally
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
