Air Gate Media Inc., a subsidiary of San Miguel Holdings Corp, is looking for Operations Specialist.

Job Description

Campaign Management

  • Planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports for analysis.

Content Management

  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ad content.
  • Schedule and manage digital ad placements, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines

Reports Monitoring and Performance Analysis

  • Track key performance metrics such as reach, impressions and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Generate insights from campaign data to recommend optimizations.
  • Preparation of reports for all digital performance and expenditure reports

Administrative Support

  • Maintain campaign budgets and ensure accurate documentation of expenditures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies for campaign setup and execution.

Research & Development

  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and engagement in the digital advertising space

Compliance

  • Ensure all advertisements comply with relevant legal, ethical, and platform-specific guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year Business Course.
  • With 4 years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.
