About the role

Insight is looking for a Licensing Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This position works closely with their Software Advisors and Software Licensing Consultants supporting them by handling the day-to-day tasks which may include: requesting current contract documents and uploading them to the SharePoint site, quote requests and creation, requesting Microsoft Licensing Statements, handling the pro-active on boarding of new Microsoft Enrollments and Enrollment renewals & submitting POSS tickets.  This position would need to have a granular understanding of specific Microsoft licensing programs and the nuisances within them.  Additional training will be provided.

As a Licensing Operations Specialist you will:

• Supporting Quoting requests on Insight systems (training provided)
• Responding to minor questions related to the operational practices of Microsoft products
• MILO Notifications, MLS requests, POSS Tickets and other portal requests support.
• Quotes support for net new opportunities, subscriptions modifications, and renewals
• Routing email traffic to the appropriate team member based on email content
• Processing orders and ensuring that proper documentation is in place prior to doing so
• Communicating with SLC's and SA's or Sales team on current opportunities/activities as engaged
• Maintaining document organization and support inside of SharePoint/Teams

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university
• Experiencing in supporting customer contracts and Microsoft Licensing, preferred
• Amenable to work on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule 
• Must work at Insight Office once Covid restrictions are lifted.
• Customer service or support background is also desired. 
• Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills
• Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
