About the role

DL Public Relations' is looking for a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team in Pasay City Metro Manila. As a full-time Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our organisation adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This is a crucial role that will have a direct impact on the success and integrity of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures
  • Monitor and assess compliance risks across the organisation
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters
  • Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or concerns
  • Report on the state of compliance to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent compliance approach

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within the government or public sector
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations and compliance best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex compliance information effectively to all levels of the organisation
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, business, or a related field
