Qualifications:

  • Engineering graduate, 4-year or 2-year graduate, Dental Assistant, Commercial Training. For Clinical support, Dentistry graduates with 5 years of experience.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Dental Technician or Dental CAD/CAM Engineer.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of proven experience in customer service and telephone support.
  • Expert-level knowledge of 3Shape products (Dental System, TRIOS, Unite, Scanners) and the complete digital workflow (scanning, design, milling/printing).
  • Design Proficiency: Proven ability to design Crowns, veneers, implants, and Digital Dentures (specify basic or advanced level/daily unit capability).
  • System Knowledge: Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and basic to advanced Windows troubleshooting (firewall, installation, file paths).
  • Clinical Terminology: Solid understanding of basic dental terminologies (anatomy, morphology, tooth numbering) and the uses of different dental laboratory materials..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
