About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data manipulation, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring the timely processing of billing, reconciliation, and vendor payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bank reconciliation to ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Generate semi-monthly and monthly billings for customers.
  • Send warning notices for credit limits and late payments via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.
  • Issue suspension notices for overdue accounts.
  • Handle e-wallet adjustments and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process driver payouts and manage vendor payments efficiently.
  • Customer e-wallet withdrawals.
  • Ad-hoc assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; a background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of meaningful experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.). Appscript knowledge is most preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum Intermediate English proficiency is required as you will be engaged with teams from another country.
