Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Support for Importation to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and compliant importation processes. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring shipments, coordinating with brokers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, and ensuring adherence to customs and trade regulations. The position plays a vital role in supporting timely and efficient import operations that are critical to the business.
This role follows a hybrid work schedule—with most days spent onsite for strong collaboration with colleagues, while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work when appropriate.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in importation, logistics, or administrative support (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
- Strong knowledge of import documentation, customs clearance requirements, and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems or importation software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and external agencies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to follow a hybrid schedule, with most days working onsite in Quezon City.
