Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Reports Analyst with Business Development experience to join our team. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to support business decisions while also contributing to the company's growth initiatives through business development strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong analytical and reporting skills, and demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal systems and external sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor sales, operations, financials, and other business KPIs.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for management and stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, variances, and risks through data analysis and recommend process improvements.

Business Development Support

  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support growth strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights to identify new business opportunities and client segments.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team in preparing presentations, proposals, and business cases.
  • Track and analyze sales pipelines, conversion rates, and client acquisition metrics.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at revenue growth and market expansion.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams to align data reporting with organizational goals.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support management in strategic planning and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business analytics.
  • Experience in business development, sales support, or market research is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
