  • Job Summary

The Surveyor is responsible for conducting land and construction site measurements to ensure accurate project layouts and compliance with design specifications. This role involves using surveying instruments, interpreting technical drawings, and coordinating with the engineering team to provide precise data for construction works.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
  • Establish, maintain, and verify reference points, elevations, and grades for construction works.
  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings, plans, and blueprints.
  • Record, analyze, and prepare survey data, maps, and reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of measurements and calculations for project layouts.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site supervisors to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment.
  • Comply with safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer or Civil Engineer (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of surveying experience in construction projects.
  • Proficient in using total stations, GPS, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in various site conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
