Commercial Locator is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing potential locations for business expansion, leasing, or retail development. The role ensures that properties align with company standards, market demand, and financial feasibility, while also building strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout and identify potential commercial properties that meet business requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and evaluate location suitability based on demographics, traffic flow, accessibility, and competition.
  • Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contracts with property owners or agents.
  • Maintain and update a database of available commercial spaces.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to finalize lease agreements.
  • Stay updated on market trends, zoning regulations, and real estate developments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, real estate brokers, and developers.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations on site selection for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in property scouting, leasing, or real estate is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and commercial leasing practices.

  • Ability to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.

  • Must have a valid driver's license, preferably with own motorcycle
