Step into the fast-paced world of FMCG with our Sales and Marketing Traineeship Program. Designed for aspiring professionals, this program offers hands-on experience in brand building, trade marketing, and sales execution across multiple retail channels. You'll work alongside seasoned experts and contribute to real campaigns that reach thousands of consumers daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports.
- Coordinate with distributors and retail partners for campaign rollouts.
- Helping develop promotional materials and in-store visibility tools.
- Help manage inventory and monitor product movement across channels.
- Support sales teams in lead generation, product visibility, and retail execution.
- Collaborating with sales teams to monitor product performance and shelf presence.
- Tracking competitor activities and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing campaign ROI and preparing performance reports.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and tracking KPIs.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
- Conduct field visits to assess merchandising and store compliance.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal reviews and client meetings, and update records if needed.
- Complete all assigned tasks assisting with day-to-day operation in the departments you will be assign to as you rotate within the Commercial Group.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, collaborations and other learning opportunities that you will be exposed to as you go through the program.
- Liaise and learn from experienced staff members, Supervisors, Managers and Senior Leaders.
- Fulfill requirements/deliverables and meeting goals established at the start of the program.
- Learn and follow company regulations, code of conduct, and health and safety procedures.
- Travel to different offices/locations for operations as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
With at least 1 year of work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communicators with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Creative thinkers with a passion for storytelling and branding.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media, Canva, CRM systems).
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel or be assigned to fieldwork when needed.
