As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will provide financial insights and strategic support to key business units, delivering performance-enhancing analysis and partnering with leadership to shape commercial outcomes. The Qualifications We Seek

• CPA or CA qualified
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a commercially focused capacity
• Experience working for an Australian-based company (preferred)
• Analysis, modelling, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Experience in NetSuite (highly preferred)
• Experience in working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong initiative, ownership mindset, and team player attitude
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis competency
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and stakeholder management
• Experience with Adaptive Planning or other planning tools (highly desirable)

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead month-end close processes including journal preparation and variance analysis
• Support the delivery of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
• Promote operational efficiency through continuous improvement
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reports and ad hoc analyses
• Model new initiatives and support financially viable strategies
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory controls
• Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities
• Provide cost modeling, deep dives, and transactional support
• Adapt to dynamic business requirements and evolving priorities
• Contribute to team collaboration and company culture
