JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Forward Deployment Center (FDC) General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the organization meets its strategic goals and maintains operational excellence. This role includes managing staff, optimizing processes, developing business strategies and internal and external customer satisfaction. The GM acts as a bridge between executive leadership and operational teams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management
  • 10 years of management or leadership experience
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work in cable tanks, ISO containers, and in cable tanks to assist with loading and offloading of customer cables and electronics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must pass and maintain a Marine Fit for Duty.
  • Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
  • Amenable to work in Subic, Agila Shipyard
