  • Job Description: The Order Fulfillment Specialist at Shepherd will be responsible for managing orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. This role will require close coordination with various teams to meet customer expectations and operational goals.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Pooling and managing orders to ensure efficient order fulfillment processes
    • Coordinating with different departments for order accuracy and on-time delivery
    • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment
    • Resolving any order discrepancies or issues to maintain customer satisfaction
    • Utilizing order management systems to track order statuses and performance metrics
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in using order management systems and Microsoft Office suite
    • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desired Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in order fulfillment or a related field.
