What is your mission?

We are looking for a D365 Technical Support Specialist to handle user onboarding/offboarding, system administration, invoice reconciliations, and automation opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth ERP performance, resolve technical issues, maintain security settings, and support business process improvements for a growing organization.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and role changes for D365 users.
  • Perform daily invoice reconciliations and resolve invoice-related issues.
  • Monitor and resolve D365 SEAM tickets and technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure accurate configuration, security roles, and permissions in D365.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power Platform tools.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams on system enhancements.
  • Proactively monitor platform performance and work with vendors as needed.
  • Document processes, compliance standards, and improvement initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations administration/support.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP workflows, finance processes, and integrations.
  • Skilled in user access management, permissions, and security roles.
  • Familiarity with invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, FreshService, ADO).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
