Job Description:
- Accomplishment of Employee Orientation in the area of Labor Law and Company Policies and Procedures.
- Accuracy and Timeliness of Reports Required.
- Minimum Experience of 2-3 years.
- Compliance to company Vision, Mission & Core Values.
- Conducts employee orientation on Labor Laws and Company Policies and Procedures.
- Handles employee grievances.
- Prepares and controls company issued memorandum.
- Implements and reviews handbook of Company Policies.
- Implements necessary proceedings for employee violations.
- Maintain monitoring record of employee violations and implements disciplinary actions.
- Ensures filing of documents related to Employee Relations.
- Prepares communication to concerned parties prior to any corporate event.
- Maintains posting at company bulletin boards.
- Plans regular companywide activities.
- Sends violation monitoring and third-party updates weekly report.
- Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
