Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable / Revenue Management

  • Manage the full AR cycle, including billing, collection, and account reconciliation.
  • Monitor and analyze AR aging reports and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare monthly collection summaries, revenue reports, and forecasts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing for revenue-related accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all AR transactions.

Disbursement (AP Voucher Preparation)

  • Prepare Accounts Payable (AP) vouchers with complete supporting documents.
  • Ensure accuracy, approval, and timely submission of disbursement vouchers.
  • Coordinate with the accounting and finance teams to align cash flow and payment schedules.

Tax Compliance (AR/Revenue)

  • Prepare and file tax returns related to revenue transactions, such as VAT and EWT.
  • Maintain organized and accurate tax records and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure timely submission and compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, or Tax Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and revenue recognition.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
